Healthy Cooking #1 Brownies

Hey there girlies, 

This is just a quick blog on how to make easy, healthy chocolate brownies. Yep you seen that correctly... Healthy Chocolate Brownies!! 
The ones I've made are peanut butter brownies. 

The Recipe

170g Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup Almond Milk
1 large egg
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 cup powdered sweetener
1/2 cocoa powder
1/2 oats
1/2 cup of peanut butter
Handful of dark chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven 180 degrees
  2. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a lined baking tin 
  4. In a bowl melt the peanut butter, in the microwave. Using a spoon drizzle on top of the brownie mixture. 
  5. Sprinkle dark chocolate chips over the top.
  6. Bake in the oven for around 18-22 minutes. 
  7. Cut up and enjoy.



You can make all sorts of variations of this recipe. Add dried fruits, nuts or take out the peanut butter and have lovely chocolate brownies.  Hope you try this recipe.
